Do you take reservations? What if I give you my credit card number? Unfortunately we cannot take reservations. We ask that larger vessels and groups of boats call us in advance to have their name put on a list. This is not a reservation. Due to boat traffic, weather conditions, and our “no length of stay policy” it is impossible to determine in advance how much space will be available. We ask all boaters to call the morning of their projected arrival to check on docking availability.

When is checkout? During the busy summer season vessels are expected to leave their docks by 11:00 AM.

How long can we stay at Snug Harbor? There is no maximum length of stay. Daily payments are accepted in order to accommodate weather conditions and your enjoyment. If you intend to stay for more than one night you can prepay or pay before leaving.

Do you take credit cards?  Snug Harbor accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover, and BP/Amoco.

Is there an ATM? There are three banks in Pentwater all with ATM availability.

Can we have a bar-b-que? Cement platforms with grills and picnic tables are available on the landscaped lawns along the walls and at the head of the docks.

Are their Churches within walking distance? There are various denominations in Pentwater all within a few blocks of the Marina.

Is there a grocery store in town? Right across the street from Snug Harbor is Cenzo's Market that carries a full line of grocery items, the freshest fruits and vegetables,  fresh butcher meats, delicious deli items, homemade bakery goodies, a complete selection of fine wine, beer, soft drinks, snacks, picnic items, a unique coffee/snack bar, and rental videos.
